RETURNS

• tigerprofightshop.com must first be informed of your returns or exchanges via email or telephone before shipping out your item.
• Any merchandise must be returned within 30 days after the order’s delivery.
• Merchandise must be unused and in New condition to qualify for a return or exchange.
• Merchandise must be accompanied by the invoice and original packaging.

EXCHANGES & PROCESSING

• Exchanges will be processed within 5-10 business days after we have receive the exchanged item.
• Any original shipping charges are non-refundable.
• The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges unless the item received is incorrect or damaged.

COUPON CODES

• Discount codes must be applied at time of checkout. You must press “Apply” to see the order total updated.
• We cannot adjust any prices after the order has been submitted.
• Only one code can be used on a purchase.
• Coupon codes cannot be applied to previous purchases, nor can they be retroactively applied after an order has been placed.
